I bring a depth of experience as Chair, having worked in a range of different roles in freezing works, timber fabrications and as a telecommunications technician. I’m also a ‘wannabe renovator’ where I’m working hard to create the perfect home. I’m a hard worker with high levels of integrity and I’m privileged to be able to contribute to the future of our marae.

I've spent quite a bit time down our Marae and in the latter part, have held a number of Marae roles; Marae Trustee, Marae Te Whakakitenga o Waikato representative and now Marae Secretary.
On the home front, I'm married to Rhianon and together have two young tamariki taane.
For mahi, I work for a major New Zealand electricity company as the National Facilities & Workplace Manager.

I joined the komiti in 2022, providing secretarial and admin support. Outside the marae, I'm an Organisational Development Lead at the University of Auckland.
As someone who spent quite a bit of time at the marae as a child with my koro and kuia, its a privilege to reconnect with my roots and support the marae.
